I cant remember if this was already reported and known by engineers or not.
But for quite some time - when a person adds a comment on a memories item
it only shows the Month and day and not the year
so you have no way of knowing whether it is a recent comment or not and what year it belongs to.

I am also having the same issue when a comment is left. Just wondering since I don't have any comments more than one year old, but if the comment is 366 days old does a year show up? I will see if I can send this up the line for further support.

Yes, this is a known issues, and is still included in our list of Known Issues on the Memory Feedback group (Memory Viewer Known Issues list).
Engineers are aware.
