The Easy Invitations page (https://www.familysearch.org/en/campaign/patrons) is meant to show an icon when a record hint, temple opportunity, or discovery experience is unopened in a patron's FamilySearch notifications. If no icons are showing for a given patron, then one of the following is likely true:

• The notifications have expired and been deleted by the system. When a given category shows for no one, this is the most likely reason.
• All the patrons have read or deleted their notifications.

Icons will reappear once new notifications have been sent. Until then, you could refer patrons to other features to find similar information like:

@Vince Fuller , Please review the explanation from Ashlee C above. What you seen to think is a problem that needs to be fixed is the normal operation of this page as campaigns expire and notifications are cleaned up.

The purpose of the Easy Invitations is simply to point your ward members to their notifications, to encourage them to take action. If they have no notifications of a certain kind, then that's okay. Just wait patiently, and another campaign will be sent out in the near future. You probably don't want to be sending these particular reminders very often, anyway -- it's helpful to be reminded once in a while, and annoying to be reminded too frequently.
