For some reason, the threads on problem reports are always closed before resolution.
My previous post:
I revisited the collection today, and there are still over 1,200 records still categorized in New Jersey for a collection that ONLY pertains to the state of Georgia.

Thanks @SerraNola. I brought this problem up again because the numbers from my previous report had decreased significantly but the fix was obviously not complete.
