Recovering family search account
How can I help others recover their family search account without using their email and phone number because they forgot it. We cannot also use their mrn because they did not link it to their family search account.

You will need to contact Support. If they can find the account, which might be difficult lacking the email or phone number - depending on how common the name is. They will require date of birth at minimum.

Click the 'Forgot username or password' link on the login display and you will be able to reset your password yourself.
