This is the link to the updated and current FamilySearch Center Locator. FSC Locator
This will show all the centers within 50 miles of the address you enter and their current status (open/closed) based on the center hours and the time on your browser. It will also list the equipment at that center and the resources available, along with contact information, driving directions, and daily hours of operation.1

Try searching for the centre on FS Wiki. That should list contact details. But be aware that not all wiki pages are up to date.

When they want to make an appointment ?The centers that are open by appointment only have, generally, just a phone number to contact. The centers don't have voice mail or answering machines. The phone goes unanswered when no one is there. Catch-22 - no one will be there if you don't have an appointment; no one can make an appointment because no one is there to answer the phone.

Centers without answering machines usually have the Director's or other individual's phone number tasked with making appointments. Each center is operated locally and administered by the local church leadership, so they decide when and how the center is open and what communication they provide. That is why the new locator lists all the regional centers within driving distance. If the closer and smaller centers do not have sufficient hours, you can see the center with the best hours, equipment, and resources and contact them for your Family History resource help. Not all local centers can afford the same facilities and equipment as the larger centers. That makes them often harder to schedule, but they frequently have the best support staff.

@Ken Richins - NA FSCS Specialty Lead I have the home phone and email of the Director of my local FSC, but that's because I've been going there for years. A new researcher doesn't have that access or know how to obtain that information.
I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm trying to point out the issues many folks have when trying to access the services at an FSC. And, because I know about those issues, I do my best to help others, by retrieving restricted records for those who don't have easy access to an FSC or an AL.

We created the FamilySearch Center Locator to replace the research WIKI center pages. With the locator, we have more information and up-to-date information. It provides every piece of information you said is missing. If it does not have that information, the local director has not kept current with the updates in the Center operations guide and is not participating in the twice-monthly online support found on the FSC Support for Leaders and Staff Community page. Just an update: on July 1, 2024, the Research WIKI Center Pages will be taken down except for about 50 very Large Regional FamilySearchCenters.

Yes, I know you're trying. Yes, I know it is the responsibility of the local centers. I also know many of the centers have directors who are not sufficiently computer-literate to keep their pages up-to-date.
My knowing that doesn't help the new researcher who wants assistance.

I fairly recently answered a Community query about the FS Centre at Parramatta NSW Australia
From what I have read, probably on sources other than FamilySearch, this Centre closed years ago, and the computers were relocated to another Centre. However Parramatta still remains on the FamilySearch Center Locator, which is confusing for people trying to go to a FS Centre in that area.As part of FamilySearch Administration, cannot it be determined whether there are computers which are allocated to a particular FS Centre, and if so, whether the computers are actually being used, and if the computers are not being used, or do not exist, that Centre could then be deleted from the FamilySearch Center Locator. This would at least make it clearer for potential FS Centre Users.

I've just moved to Humboldt, TN and would like to visit the local FHC. Each time I drive to the location, their doors are locked and no cars in lot. No one answers my email. I decided to try the next nearest one in Jackson, TN but same problem. How do I find out the hours they are open? The new pages at FamilySearch (July 1 change I think) have very little information. Can we still access the old pages?

My FSC is listed on FSC Locator, which sends me to a Google site, that is fine. However I have been unable to edit the schedule. ???
