This is our #1 priority under "Known Issues". We are working full time to improve this experience. Due to the complexity of the issue, we estimate it will take around a week to fully resolve. Thank you for your patience!

I am hoping this will also make it faster to tag someone. I don't know if it is because I am using a MacBook Air vs a PC, but it is painfully slow in tagging and sometimes completely kicks me out of that page.

I have also had problems with tagging people with the new Memories format. It would be nice if there were an option to go back to the old format. It worked seamlessly before making all the changes.
