how do I change my edress for my profile?

You can change your mailing address in the Account tab of Settings, which you access by clicking on your name (in the upper right corner of most pages). The mailing address is near the bottom of the Account screen (https://www.familysearch.org/identity/settings/account).

And if you were thinking of your email address instead of mailing address, the steps are still basically the same -- the email address is also changed on the Account tab.
