Does Ancestry.com have full death records from Michigan from 1991?
I see an index of a 1991 Michigan death record on FamilySearch.org:
But I don't actually have the opportunity to see the record itself--as in, the actual document.
Would Ancestry.com allow me to see the actual document here? I want to know if this document (as in, the actual document) gives the names of this woman's parents.
Thank you.

Michigan has its own website with vital records. https://michiganology.org/vital-records/ but there is a 75-year privacy rule. Records are available, but not online if within the last 75 years.

And, yes, Ancestry has SOME Michigan death records, but the same state law applies. "Per state law, vital records must be seventy-five years or older before they can be made publicly available online."

Thanks; so, looks like I'll have to wait until 2066 to see her death record. :(

I have to admit that I do find this rule a bit surprising. Aaron Bazemore (1881-1992), for instance, died at roughly the same time, but in a different US state (North Carolina), and yet his death record is already publicly available online:

Every state makes its own laws independent of every other state. Sometimes, even within a state, different laws apply. For example, the 5 boroughs of New York City have a different privacy limit on vital records than the rest of the state of New York.
