Can someone please take a look at the above batch and confirm if Sudetto is an actual commune or is Cannitello to be indexed instead.

sudetto is often used in Italian records as shorthand for "previously mentioned". Relative references abound in these records, for example:
come sopra - as above
anno / mese corrente (or volgente or spirante) - current year / month
anno / mese passato (or scorso or decorso) - last year / month
ivi - here
oggi / ieri - today / yesterday

Place appears to be: Cannitello, Calabria Ultra - but instructions want only commune - so Cannitello.
sudetto comune - apparently means aforementioned municipality/place.
