FHC Director has sadly died. Not sure who gets any emails sent now.
Chester Wales FHC. Information is wrong when doing a search on Familysearch for the FHC opening hours, but it does say email us first. How do we find out who gets the emails?
How do we correct the incorrect information?
Many thanks for direction for these problems.

From the page https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/europe-contact-us there is an email contact eu_support@FamilySearch.org, or you can schedule a meeting

If you email the FHC Lead in Europe at uk_centresupport@churchservicemail.org
She will tell you what steps you have to take to gain access to the your Church Service Mail.
You will need to open this URL: https://www.churchservicemail.org
and on the screen appearing type in the assigned email address for the Chester FHC:
uk_chester@familyhistorymail.org You will be provided with a new password to gain access.
