Abandoned children with unknown parents were named "Projetto" after their invented cognome. Should that be included as part of their name?

Please show the batch code so that someone can look at it and help with your problem. The batch code is the letters/numbers at the end enclosed by brackets. [xxxx-xx]

The project instructions under the section "What To Remember About This Project" are really detailed on how to handle these abandoned children's names on birth records. I think the same would apply for the name on their death records.
