    @Sam Sulser do you need more information from me? I gave you a screen shot which shows the record I couldn't access. Does this not give you an example?

    Yes, @Susan_King that will work well! Thanks for pointing it out to me and blindness! 😂

    I am looking into this and trying to replicate what you have reported so I can write up a report for the engineers. I can replicate the example from @Susan_King. Does anyone have other examples where the index doesn't come up?

    @Sam Sulser

    Sorry for troubling you again on this issue. I believe you are right, as I'm now seeing the 22,932,411 figure. Please hold fire for now (I'm always pessimistic about the long-term position on such matters!) as, yes, the 1871 records were probably being reloaded in stages.

    Thanks again,

    Paul

    Thanks @Paul W and @Susan_King It looks there are possibly some records here and there. I submitted a ticket with the engineers using Susan's example. I'll follow up when I hear something. If you see any other's that don't load correctly, please add them here and I'll add them to the ticket.

    Sam 🙂

    @Sam Sulser

    Hi Sam

    Possibly due to the fact that making all these records available again is going to take a while, but I just encountered this, at https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&q.givenName=Richard&q.givenName.exact=on&q.surname=Harris&q.surname.exact=on&treeref=MXBD-5FF&f.collectionId=1538354.

    The first two records (in the screenshot - not on the page) are able to be accessed, but the third (still) comes up with the message displayed in the screenshot:

    1871 census ongoing problem.png

    UPDATE - I just ran through the other 19 (out of 20) records on this page and the one highlighted (Skinnigrove location) is the only one unavailable to view.

    @Paul W Thanks for another example. I did a search for that record using my public account and it came up for me. Will you try it again and see if it was just a glitch or something weird? Sam

    I search Richard Harris in Crantock, Cornwall, born 1855.

    @Sam Sulser

    No, Sam - it's the third record, the Richard Harris born Devon 1841, that I cannot access.

    @Paul W Got it! Helps if you look for the right record! I will add the example to the engineering ticket.
