We are a Family History center in Eagle Idaho and our Portal is not working. Is it down in other sites?

  There have been a number of posts today from other FHCs saying the restricted records cannot be accessed.

  The issue is fixed. Try rebooting your computer. If that does not resolve, please call FHC Support. They will take screenshots of the affected computers and forward them to the department that will resolve the issue.
