Is there a way to correct several indexing errors on a census record?
On the 1930 US census for Philadelphia, PA, I found some relatives but I am unable to attach the record to them because the family relationships are all mixed up. I tried moving them around on the screen, but ran into problems with that.
On the census, William Freiling is the head of the household. He was indexed as the "father." Catherine Philipp was the housekeeper. She was indexed as the "mother." Loyola Anderson who was only 11 years old was indexed as the "head." Other family members who were boarders were indexed as brothers and sisters. One child, Catherine Anderson, was indexed as a sister and also a granddaughter.
I would love to attach this record to the family but can't figure out how to do it with all the errors.
I tried copy/pasting a URL but the site keeps rejecting it. I'll have to figure out what I'm doing wrong there.
