Hello there,
Mary Tatar (maiden name) orthodox DOB: 1882 Bukovina formerly Bukowina (Austrian Empire) 1775-1918. If the records only go up to 1866 where to people look after that date.
That is all I have to go by. The Metrical Books from 1881-1938 as well as volume 1245-9/104 Births 1871-1884" refers to a My Heritage website.
Family Search has various information on Bukowina (example below) but unfortunately nothing concrete.

Compiled by Edward A. Lang.
Includes index.
"Bukowina (the name means "Land of the Beech Trees") lies in what is now today Romania and Moldovia. After being annexed by the Austrian Empire in the late 1700's, an invitation was extended to various groups to settle this sparsely populated area. Between the years of 1799 and 1842, numerous settlers from the Bohemian Forest area emigrated to Bukowina. After land became scarce, many Bohemian-Catholics left Bukowina for the United States, Brazil and Canada. This outward migration began in the 1880's and continued until World War I. The remaining Bohemians were transported to Germany in 1940 where they were refugees and following World settled there permanently. The data in this book was compiled so as to assist the reader in genealogy research"--Forward.

It is stated that this discussion was split from the discussion Search Engines. I have no idea why it was split. It seems to me that one needs to read Search Engines to know the previous correspondence on this matter.

FamilySearch Family History Centers provide access to the My Heritage Library Edition (which is probably not the"top" version) but perhaps you could try a FHC near you to see if the record you seek is available on the My Heritage Library Edition
Regarding the book referred to in a post above, in the Family History Library, the title is "Bukowina families 200 years : genealogy of many of the Catholic Bohemian families that emigrated to Bukowina between the years 1799 and 1842, and later to the United States, Germany and Brazil with reference to emigrees to Canada" by Edward A Lang. The catalog entry is https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/704043
