Siblings marrying from different families
In 1708 (March) James Covey married Sarah Lamphere and (January)Theodosius Lamphere married Rachel Covey.
James and Rachel are siblings and Theo and Sarah are siblings. This means that the pedigree duplicates at that point causing all kinds of red marks. Do I need to be concerned?

I see no reason for concern. Whilst not common, this sort of thing happens from time to time. Makes for an interesting family tree if you are separately descended from children of both couples. But cross overs in your family tree are inevitable. If your ancestors were all unique, simple math will tell you that, within 1,000 years, your ancestors would have exceeded the population of the world at that time!

this happens in everyone's trees (if you go back far enough)
no reason to be concerned.

However, this should not be causing any red marks at all because the simple fact that the spouses of two siblings happen to be siblings happens all the time. This will not cause any data errors. Also, your tree still should not have any duplicates, everyone should just be there once.
If the program is suggesting that two people are duplicates who are not, just mark them as not-a-match.
Please explain further exactly what type of red marks you are seeing, or even better, post ID numbers for these individuals so people can see the red marks and tell you how to get rid of them properly.

I checked this branch earlier and could not find any red exclamation marks to indicate any data errors. If these do appear, you can dismiss them. I have a relative who married two sisters - one of whom married another of her widowed sister's husbands - yes, quite a tangle!. As illustrated below, I got resulting data problem warning signs, but it was quite easy to dismiss them, hence making the signs disappear.
