Image freezing problem

I have a constant problem with film images freezing after a few minutes of viewing which requires frequent refreshing of the page. This only happens with the Exeter Bishops Transcripts (Devon RO, UK) but I don't have the same problem with the Cornwall UK Parish Register images which rarely require refreshing so I don't think it's originating from me.

    @Kay Halley

    Just in case it is a problem with “housekeeping” on your browser - I.e., you may need to periodically clear your browser’s cache and cookies - try using a different browser. If it it helps to use a different browser, then go back to your regular browser and try cleaning it. The following link might help:
