    Hi Bob. Please post the (Share) Batch Code [XXXX-XXX) for your batch from the end of its name.

    it sounds like it might be a browser problem. Clearing cache and cookies sometimes helps; or even just clearing the Family Search cookies. I would try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) to see if that helps. Below is a link to a Knowledge Article.
