Ancestry Institution and MyHeritage Library Edition search loaded from FamilySearch person
I am providing technical support for our multi-stake FHC and was asked by the FHC Director to determine if it is possible to:
Is there is a solution to having the search information from the FamilySearch person page loaded into “Ancestry Institution” and “MyHeritage Library Edition” loaded similar to when “Ancestry” or “MyHeritage”?
The FHC computers are configured correctly (green premium content icon) and up to date for premium site access along with clearing cookies. We can access the premium web sites without needing to login, but the data from the person page is not loaded, so we are required to load it manually. We would like to have the data loaded from the person page.

At this moment that is a known problem that Family Search knows about and is working with Ancestry and other partners to find a solution. We are sorry for the inconvenience to have to type in all the person information.

Thank you for the information that Family Search team is working on this Ancestry Institution and MyHeritage Library Edition issue. That is very helpful. I may check in with the "The Tech Talk Guys" on Thursday to maybe get a status update.
