how do I return a batch t its original form?

I was trying to review a batch and the numeration got me all confused. I guess I don't understand how to submit reviewed material. I entered this interminable loop of entries. very, very confusing.

    Click on the red arrow in the field you changed. A pop-up box will ask, "Revert to Original Text?" Click the blue "Revert" box to change it undo what you entered.

    @Guadalupe Clanton Please post the Batch Code of your batch (the letters and numbers inside the brackets at the end of the batch name - looks like [XXXX-XXX]. Maybe we can help you figure out what is going on - in case it happens again. Don’t submit or return it yet.
