I’ve been working on reviewing Cavan records and have noticed that a very large percentage of batches (recently 9 out of the last 10) which should be indexed are submitted as No Extractable Data. (I realize there is instruction pertaining to this already but this is such a large portion of records so I wish the guidelines were more prominent)

If while reviewing I change the Indexing question to “Yes” and return the batch without indexing all the records, will it come up blank for another reviewer or return to be indexed? Just curious I guess…

Maybe you should try using the Labs option. You can find it under Help at the top of your work page.

    Reasons to Reindex Batch

The Reindex Batch dialog now has options for a reviewer to indicate why the batch needs reindexing.
