Incorrect Birth Place

On record 9VZZ-TWV, there is an incorrect birth place of Italy. Nellie Elfreida Dahlquist was born in St. Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota. I have been unable to correct the birth place.

FYI
It is a simple matter, of selecting, that "Downward Triangle", on the 'Right-Hand-Side', of the "Standardized Event Place"; and, then selecting the "Standard" you wish - then, "Save" done.
