I could not locate the record set/collection having - Household Identifier 62234541
Can you include a bit more information to reference the record you are citing (location/timeframe)?
It is under the name "Maryjane" Phelps
I think this is talking about entries from the "United States Public Records" collection; those have a field labeled "Household Identifier" that's an 8-digit number.
That collection is created by a data aggregator based on various forms of public information, and then shared with FamilySearch. It cannot be corrected, and FamilySearch has no input on its contents.
Think of the collection as a mixture of telephone books and hogwash. The addition of the hogwash acts as a privacy screen for the phone books, but it is otherwise just about as useful as such a mixture would be.

I hope this helps.
