In my Helper Resources planner I have six possible duplicates that cannot be resolved.
I have checked spouses and children and family members but cannot find out why it is flagged as duplicate.
How do I find out where the duplicate is or get them taken off the list because of a software error?
I was redirected last time and it did not resolve the issue. They said I should wait for some time to pass but it has been months.
How can you tell if it is a real duplicate or a software error? On the main page under tasks it gives an option to "ignore" Could there be an option on the planner to ignore if we cannot resolve the duplicate?
