FHC Premium Extension not installing the same way.

I'm confused! When I installed the extensions in Chrome, two of the computers looked like this in the Extensions list:

Extension1.JPG

And on the third one, it looks like this:

Extension2.JPG

Is this normal? If you hover over the red icon in the first photo, it says, "Added by policy". What does that mean?

Many computers world-wide, received remote configuration of the new Chrome FamilySearch Portal Extension, as opposed to a Centre Staff member installing the Extension manually. The "background" remote options of configuration, which I understand are governed by BigFix (Tivoli), can be considered "policy" configurations.

The BigFix programme runs in the background on our FHC computers, providing "policy" values (security, programme and monitoring control) for our computer operating systems.

Are the computers on the same version of WIN 10? Check in Settings, Updates and Security. Latest version is 21H1.

@Sister Enders I checked the computers today and all are running 21H1. Thanks for looking at this. I'll watch and see if we have any problems with the one computer that was different.

Eric Scott, if you look in the Tech Support Community, Elder Richins gave a detailed answer to this question.
