How can I change a married status

My great grandma had a child (unwillingly) by a man. It shows as if they where married because of the child they had (my grandpa).

How can I change that? It is messing up all the facts I am trying to put in by listing them married and knocking his wife out of her spot.

    @Stephanie Corwin

    A child does not have to appear under a relationship between two persons. You can place the child under each of the parents, then remove their relationship. Add notes to each profile, if you wish, explaining why the child should not appear under a couple relationship.
