How to cancel account and get a refund
I paid for a year subscription, but now would like to cancel the subscription. Something in expected has come up and I need a refund for the annual fee. I have reached out to customer service and they replied indicating I needed to bring it to someone attention this way. Please, I need assistance with this .

FamilySearch Family Tree is free to all. You have mistaken FamilySearch with another genealogy site.
Does FamilySearch charge subscription fees?
Access to FamilySearch is free. No subscription fees are associated with your account. You do not need to start a free trial or remember to cancel your account before a trial ends. Access is simply free.

Thank you for all the comments. It is part of My Heritage and there are subscriptions you can get. I was able to contact someone by phone and they are giving me the refund as requested.
