Search from home
Due to the locked down in Australia all family search centers are close
I have being searching for my family history for a while now
I started from my father side
Born in Italy, Sicily, Catania
And I was and I am able to do it from home
When I started my mother side
Born in Italy, Latina, Borgo di Gaeta, Gaeta
I was not able to do it as a lock is next to the places in question
Any reasons why?
I would like to continue this search from home
Any possibility for you to remove this lock?

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Firstly ...
I did not know that everywhere "Downunder" (Australia) was is in 'Lockdown'.
Certainly, quite some, like my City and State.
So, I would suggest that SOME "Family History Centres" of the Church, from "Downunder" (Australia) may still be open and operating.
Secondly ...
Short Answers:
[ 1 ]
There are many "Restrictions", to the Records, in 'FamilySearch, that are applied to how and what can be accessed/viewed and from where, those "Restrictions" are usually applied by the the "Custodians" of the Records; and, 'FamilySearch' MUST abide by what the "Custodians" of the Records wants.
[ 2 ]
'No'.
.
Now ...
That Said ...
Do not disappear ...
There is an alternative/option ...
Can I humbly suggest that you try the FREE "Look-Up" Service provided by the "Family History Library" (FHL).
Here is a 'FamilySearch' "Blog" Article:
New Library Lookup Service—For When You Can’t Visit the Family History Library
https://www.familysearch.org/blog/en/library-lookup-service-fhl/
Here is "Family History Library" (FHL) reference:
Family History Library Record Lookup Service

Good Luck.
I hope this helps

Firstly ...
'Yes', I am from there.
My local, "Family History Centre", of the Church, just like everywhere else, in the State, is "Closed".
Due to "Lockdown", caused by, that unfortunate infection, of the Quarantine (Transport) Driver, of that Aircraft crew, of the USA Cargo Plane; and, the many of citizens, who are NOT adhering to the (State) "Health Orders", that have been mandated - Just say at home (unless, you need to go out, for one of the x4 essential reasons). Just, too many People, flouting, the (State) "Health Orders", that have been mandated; and in place.
Secondly ...
I will try to provide some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch' to give you some understanding/perspective.
Thirdly
I do not quite understand, what you mean by, "... Other cities have NO LOCK!!!"
Or, are you referring to OTHER "Microfilms"/"Microfiche", for other 'Places'.?
Now ...
That Said ...
Why are there "Restrictions" on Records in 'FamilySearch' ...
For starters ...
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':
Why are there access restrictions on Historical Records?
What are the image restrictions in Historical Records?
And, even ...
Why do some indexes have access limitations?
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/why-are-some-indexes-restricted
I hope these "knowledge Articles" help; and, provide you some some understanding/perspective.

FYI
ALL those "Images"; but, the last, have been "Rejected" by "Image Moderation".
Most probably; because, those "Images" relate to "Films" with "Restrictions".
Now ...
That Said ...
As to that last "image" of the Icon of a "Camera" with a "Key" above it ...
The "Camera", generally, means that the "Images" (of the "Film") is available 'On-Line' in 'FamilySearch'.
Now , that "Key", above the "Camera", means that there are "Restrictions", with WHO can access/view the "Images" (of the Film); and, as, WHERE the "Images" (of the "Film") CAN be access/viewed 'On-Line'.
In the latter case, that WHERE; being, may be, ONLY at the "Family History Library" (FHL) of the Church (in 'Temple Square', Salt Lake City, Utah, USA); or, may be, at a "Family History Centre" of the Church, around the World, or, may be, at an "Affiliate" Library, around the World.
Regardless ...
Please be aware that
▬ Some of the "Films" have NO "Restrictions"
▬ But, MANY of the "Films" DO have "Restrictions"
▬ And, even more difficult, some of the "Films" have NOT been "Digitized"
▬ Plus, another problem/issue, some of the "Films" that HAVE been "Digitized", are NOT available 'On-Line'.
Please read through those "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch' that I provided previously.

First: make sure you're currently signed in to FS and then refresh the catalog page. What the Catalog shows for access depends on your login status, so signing in and refreshing may remove the key.
Second: online access is determined by the record custodian and the privacy and other laws of the relevant jurisdiction. I noticed that you stated that you can look at "Morti" (deaths), but not "Nati" (births): perhaps the relevant country or state allows death records to be public, but not birth records?
Third: on multi-part films, FS applies an all-or-nothing approach to access enforcement: if a single image contains restricted material, then the entire film is restricted, even if every single other image on the entire film would otherwise be accessible.
(Unfortunately, all of your attached images are currently showing a slashed circle, so I'm not even sure what country's records you're trying to look at.)

Those Latina province records are pretty well locked down, not available to almost everyone:
Can you approach the family from another direction?
