Film 1323965, DGS 4006472 has not been completely digitized. It is Brooklyn, NY deaths and is supposed to cover certificate numbers 9426-10925. The digital version only covers up to certificate number 9701. Someone needs to go back and include the remaining certificates. Who needs to be contacted for this error to be corrected?

This is a Records catalog or indexing error; Library Catalog is another product. That said, @Tim, you have reported it in the correct place.

Someone should be along to escalate your report to the correct team.

@Tim, I am confused by your statement. Film 400672 is limited to viewing at a Family History Center therefore, I am not able verify via the digitized film. However, using the index, I was able to find a certificate number of 10820; see https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2WX1-5Q5

If you look at the document information, you can see that this is film 4006472 and the above record should be found at image # 1434.

Hopefully, this is of some help.
