Should there be a second entry to include the spouse (Grace Chesters) in the first image? MSL2-32G

I can't find anything in the project instructions about adding an entry for a spouse that is accompanying the passenger. Should I be including those names also?

When you are in the surname or given name field, if you click the purple circle, that will open the Field Help. Scroll to the end and click the example link. You will see a form in which only one person is indexed, even though a spouse is listed as part of the information in "2."

When a couple travelled together, they each should have filled out their own form. So we would not add an extra entry for the spouse.

We do not index the person that the primary person is travelling to.

Do we index the person to whom the applicant is traveling to as another entry? Noobie here.
