How do I get family records from Klein Cainowe, Germany now renamed FredrichsKirch/Kainowe, Poland?

Klein Cainowe and Cainowe were communities in what was then the province of Schlesien (Silesia), Germany. After WWII, the province became part of Poland. The community names were changed to FredrichsKirch/Kainowe. My grandfather and his family came from this area.
