Indexing group stats

They took away the individual stat report last year or maybe even the year before. Maybe it was done to discourage competitive indexing activities, or maybe just to protect the privacy of indexers and reviewers.

I do not know how long ago your Stake President was a Bishop. However, the indexing totals show the totals for the new Web-based Indexing system. This could explain why his old totals do not seem to be showing.
Hope this helps.

He was called a stake president a few months after being a bishop. So, if a person was to set up a indexing group, do you just set up the group and then start indexing?

@h.lewissmy There are lots of help articles about setting up indexing groups. Here are some that might help you and be sure to click on the links at the bottom of the articles to go to more help articles. If you click on the question mark on the indexing page, go to the help center and type in Indexing groups, you can read a bunch of information about groups, and reports, and administrators, etc.

I also suggest for people who are new to indexing that they go to youtube and search for familysearch indexing tutorials.
This is a really good livestream from last year that talks about Indexing How To's!

We are not quite sure what you are asking. Are you asking why after indexing batches it does not show an increase in the number of records done in that group? Or are you asking why it does not show the old statistics of the youth from some time ago?
Please clarify what you are asking. Thanks!
