Source Linker Add function Not Responding

There is no response when I try to add a new family member to my tree from a source. I click the "Add" button and the window expands as if it is going to let me add them, but none of the information or additional buttons appear. Is this a glitch with the system or is it on my end?

Good Morning it may be that you have not cleared your cookies for a period of time and this will stop many of the functions within FamilySearch from working properly.I would suggest that you clear the cookies and retry to complete the source linker.

Hello, I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. Unfortunately, after clearing my cookies I'm still having the same problem. This has actually been going on for months, but I ignored it hoping that the system would sort itself out and I could get on with my research.
