Jamaican Batch?

The only indexing batches that are generally available to us are found using the "Find Batches" feature. There are also private groups that can be found using Jamaica as a search term. These can be found by going to the Groups section of the Web Indexing home page and selecting "Find Groups". Perhaps there is also a group involving Jamaica in the Public Community.
Please note the following Knowledge article: Can I make an indexing request for records?
FamilySearch cannot accept requests to index-specific collections.
As we continue to grow, we are eager to provide as many records on the Internet as possible. However, the process for retrieving, indexing, and publishing records can be complicated, and it may take us some time to provide certain records. Some reasons for slower processing include:
- FamilySearch does not have legal permission to publish indexes or images.
- FamilySearch lacks access to some scanned images.
- Volunteer resources are limited.
We are as excited as you are to have more records available. We thank you for your patience as we work toward that goal.
