How to index information for project listed below

Indexing Belgian marriage records where each image has 4 records. How should the image below be indexed when No. 3 contains the same bride, groom, and parents information as No. 5? The only difference between the 2 records are the dates of publication.

Record #3 and record # 5 though they have same name of the couple they have different dates, therefore they should be indexed separately.

Same for Record 4 and 6 in image 1 should be indexed separetely- their dates are different.
