not a question, cannot find a link to contact the above file was indexed and each entry was marked no year when clearly each entry was 1755, however that is out of the range for this project. my concern that the record will be somehow lost because of this error.

    In looking at the film images, it appears this group of images is from 1814-1815. Therefore, following the First Bullet Point in What to Index, these images should be marked NED-no extractable data.

    Records marked as No, No Extractable Data are not lost. They are reviewed to decide how best to proceed with them.

    We did not say that these records will be lost. Per an indexing trainer,they are to be marked NED.
