How do you know what type of record this is?

No records before or after indicate what has been recorded. I have come across this several times and I'm unsure of what to do.

These are baptisms. Usually they have parents with baptisms but this group does not.

It is an index to baptisms records, with dates, given names, surnames, and not sure if they should be indexed or nor. I do not see a contraindication in the project instructions though.
