How are you suppose to record the name when it says wife. Example w. Rawls and wife. There is no first name or surname to record. Wanted to make sure it gets recorded correctly. Thanks Cynthia Ervin

    Hi Cynthia!

You do not index a name for "and wife". You only index a name if one is written on the document.

The short answer - there is no name to index. The researcher will see the details and draw their own conclusions.
