I am indexing a phone boo page with 5 columns on each page with 2 pages. I am on my last column with over 1,200 entries. I went to hopefully finish the batch today. It showed i had only done 103 out of the 1,200. Where did they go? Is there anyway I can find them? This batch has taken me at least a week to get to this point. What should I do, besides cry, if they are really all gone?

Your work has not been lost. The entry number box only shows three digits out of the four digits. For example, even though you might be on entry 1039, the entry box only shows 103 or 039 depending on where your cursor happens to be while in the box. Your work looks good to me. I hope you finish this batch and submit it. Thank you for all your hard work. Best!

Please share the batch code and don't submit it so it can be investigated. That is the set of letters and numbers after the title in brackets.

Ok, the batch is done. I have not submitted it. It has 1,284 names. The number on the batch is 1749-1990 [part c] [m34c-p7m] Please tell me if you find all of the names. I sure want the 1,284 names to go on my ward list. They are keeping track of all the indexing.

I submitted the batch like DSIreland said to. I hope I have done right. there were some empty spaces in it that I just put blank in so it would submit. I don't know why but I hope it works. Please let me know. Thank you

Hi @carla luby. Congratulations on submitting the batch! You can look at your progress chart and see that the numbers are counted. When you are on the My Batches page, scroll down and you will find the Progress Chart. You can move your mouse over the green line and it will show you the number of entries for the month and on the last point today you will see somewhere around that 1284 mark! Sometimes it takes a day or two, but usually they record right away! (You can also play with the tabs on that progress area and see Current or Previous data, as well as month, quarter, year, and all time. You can tab to the indexing numbers and the review numbers). When you click on the project tab, it will show you your latest submission and the total numbers for that project to date. Your numbers could be off by a little from the 1284 number if you happened to index any duplicate names as they are deleted when you submit the batch. Move down a little further on the page and you will see your groups. Click on the group name and you will be able to see the total of records your ward has done.

Good work - that is a lot of names!!
