New to indexing and I know I read somewhere how to put a field back in proper order when for some reason (probably my error) it is out of order. I think I wrote the instructions but can't find them. Help!

My limited knowledge of computer functions is a handicap oft times, but thanks to barbaragailsmith I'm all set. Thanks so much!
