Transferring documents from family search is not the same on iPads.

Can you please help me transfer a document from family search search and ancestry to wiki tree? I’ve been helped by advisor but what they tell me to do does not work on my iPad Pro. I cannot work on a computer because I’m bedridden and have hand contractures so it’s this way or I can’t do my trees with proper documentation.

    @Gail Sullivan_2

    What type of documents are you trying to transfer from Family Search to Wiki Tree? Is it in Family Search as a source or a memory. Are you the contributor?

    You may post your answer here.

    Unfortunately we are not able to advise you on how to transfer anything from Ancestry. We recommend you contact them for their support.

    They are birth certificates, marriage licenses etc. I paid for a lot of them over the last few years. I also had to petition the Irish government for a birth certificate for my grandmother. She left the hospital as baby girl Meggie and never received a certificate. When we were in Ireland looking for one we had no help whatsoever and couldn’t find anything on her. In order to get her birth certificate I had to prove who I was and I was married so I had to have my birth certificate and my marriage certificate then I had to have my parents first certificate and their marriage certificate and then I had to prove my grandmother was a home child sent to Canada and that she kept her first name when she arrived here so I had to have that information then I had to have a proof from the orphanage she was placed in and finally her marriage certificate to my grandfather‘s. I was in granted the one and only first certificate in existence for my grandmother. Each of these documents I had to pay for.
