Batch: US—Final Accountability Rosters of Evacuees at Relocation Centers, 1944–1946

Column heading in data entry for this batch says "Other Surname."

It should read "Other Given Name" as in the instructions for the batch.

Thank you for your comment regarding this batch. It would help us if you would send us the batch number so we could review this matter. Thank you for your dedication to the indexing program.

All the documents in that batch have the same problem, not just the one that I was working on.

yes. a share batch would help. all the batches that I have done also have this field. if there is no other surname, I just blank it, per the instructions.
