I used to have full access to Ancestry.com through my Family Search account, and have linked my two accounts. However, when I try to find a "source," Ancestry asks me to pay $24.99 per month. How can I fix this? Is there an Ancestry.com phone number?

    Hello @TaberAlan

I've found that things work better when you sign into Ancestry.com before you attempt to access Ancestry via a Family Tree person page.

If you try to access Ancestry via FamilySearch without having first signed into Ancestry, you will still have to sign in with your Ancestry log-in credentials to view the full search results.

Try signing in to Ancestry.com and then see what happens when you go back to FamilySearch and try to access Ancestry. If there are still problems, let us know and we'll take it from there.
