One of the best ways to get answer to your question is by giving the batch information: Copy the title information which is just above the green line if you are indexing or the red line if you are reviewing.
Example:
US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part C][M34H-2Z4]
The last 7 digits are the batch code and the most necessary but having the entire title is the most helpful.
