Thank you, Janet, fore sending us the batch number. It is, indeed, blurry. If you have used the tool to make it more legible and it still remains blurry, please return the batch so it can be reviewed for clarity. Thank you for your dedication.

This has been reported and is being worked on. Till the techs get it sorted we are asking that you find another project to work on. Thanks for reporting it!

The problem is that when I return the batch, I am not allowed to sign out another city directory batch.

@Janet Pierce Holt Heumann I think you can only sign out 1 city directory batch at a time. So, I would return the blurry one, wait a minute and then grab another batch. If that doesn't work, try closing the program and starting over.

It is only allowing one batch at a time. Melissa S Himes has a good suggestion to return the batch, wait a bit then try for another one.

Apparently other folks are finding the city directory project glitchy too. They aren't able to download batches, but, after waiting a while they are. I had a problem with the project this afternoon. I indexed 245 names, submitted, saw the confetti fall in black and white, and got the dreaded "your ability to use this page may be affected...FamilySearch has been notified". Luckily my records were recorded in my progress chart, but, the batch hung out in My Batches for a while even though it had been submitted. Weird.
