I am at an "authorized" Family History Center. I have identified a source from the LDS Church Worldwide Census Collection. I am unable to view the record image. Only the indexed summary of the record is available for viewing. Any thoughts?

Family History Centers are currently undergoing IT maintenance. This means that all records that are only viewable at FHCs are currently unavailable. This maintenance is expected to finish in early September at the latest.
