How to I notify FS when I find an incomplete indexed image?

I regularly find images such as the attached, which should have had three names indexed, yet only the first one was. Both the indexer and the reviewer missed the other two names. This makes me wonder how many of the records I'm researching are lost because the name I'm looking for wasn't indexed and was also missed by the reviewer.

Is this a case where only one record was indexed and the right hand side of the page was not indexed? I see a partial record on the top, 2 full records (one right and one left), and a partial record on the bottom which would have spanned the next image.

Sometimes the Project Instructions specify which information is to be indexed/reviewed. The hope is to bring the researcher to the document where they will find the rest of the information and be able to complete their research. That said, there are times when both the indexer and the reviewer may not do their due diligence to ensure that these records are accurate and complete. Sad, but true.

So far, it appears that the two responders agree with me, but I still don't know who to notify when I find these types of indexed records.

We know for certain that the researcher will never be able to find the individuals in a search because the primary people of the two records were never indexed. I have two suggestions:

    1. Click on the Question Mark in the top right hand corner, go to the bottom, and click on Contact Us. There you will find information for live chats and telephone numbers to contact FamilySearch directly.
    2. I think another option is to link the records that have not been indexed to the potential family to which they may belong to help them find the records. I am going to tag @Brett . and @Dennis J Yancey in this post to see if they can offer any suggestions. It seems to me I have seen them answer this type of question before. I could be wrong but maybe they steer the ship in the right direction.
