Hello, Thank you for all the hard, tiring work you have done. I'm very pleased that you have this available so we can help fix mistakes. I feel that we all need to work together to build accurate trees.

The issue I found was with a death cert; twin 'A' Frenger, born 31 Aug 1922, died the same day and twin 'B' Frenger, born 31 Aug 1922, died the next day. Both babies' death doc photo was just before the one that comes up to view.

I was trying to find a way to fix or message from the search page, but could find a way. If there is an easier way, such as when we see a misspelling we can fix it, please let me know.

Thank you so much, Londa

It sounds to me like this is another case where the index-to-image associations are slightly off. I don't know if FS has any means of correcting such errors, but I consider that unimportant in the larger scheme of things: the important thing is that you found the document(s).

I would go ahead and attach the index entries to the babies, but note the correct image numbers in the Notes field of each citation.

    Hello @LondaCooper

Thank you for letting us know we are being helpful.

We need some clarification about the death certificate you found. Are you saying that the birth document you see is not the correct death document for the twins? Is their information on the same page, but you had to scroll up to see it, or is it on a different page?

In order to help you, we need some additional information. Where in FamilySearch did you find this information? Please provide the name of the document you are viewing, and enclose the URL for us to view, so we know what is happening. Also we need the twins ID numbers.

We look forward to heling you resolve you death certificate issue.

Sanra, If you are on FS, go to 'search' >'records'>enter their last name year/place of death. When you get to the doc, review it. You will be shown the wrong death cert and will have to click the previous death cert page.

I hope this clarifies things. Londa

    Londa,

It is interesting that the longer living twin has the record easily found, whereas the other twin A may need the record number and Registration number added, to find the correct image. Happy Julie was accurate in her assessment, and I learned something in this process.

Good luck with your work on Family Tree.
