Spoilt census?

I'm reviewing a record from the Liberian 2008 Census, and the image was marked as something that should be indexed but it has 'SPOILT' written across it. The information (names, ages, birthplaces, etc) is still readable, so it has been indexed as normal, but I feel like I should mark it as something that shouldn't be indexed.

Those images should be indexed. This falls under the General Indexing Guidelines for Crossed Out, Corrected, Canceled, or Void Information:

    • When information was crossed out, was not replaced, and can be read, type the crossed-out information.
