Who can make a change for records that are incorrectly labeled?

FamilySearch, I have truly appreciated being able to page through old county records for my home area in SW Minnesota. Images for Lincoln and Lyon counties are full of information, and I have made good use of them - and have sourced my finds as well, to be sure!

Then, when I move "north" into Yellow Medicine County and look for pre-1900 records there, all the images said to be for Posen are in fact for townships in Lyon County. (And there are many more townships than just Posen.) So something went awry in the posting and naming of the image sets. Maybe Yellow Medicine is one county without many records available.

@Susan Bearnson Huff If you can provide us with something more specific, like the URL to a record details page that shows a mis-indexed place, it would help us see whether this is an error that we might be able to correct.
